NO CANCELLATIONS. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. 

STORE CREDIT ONLY.

No changes will be made or allowed once an order has been placed. 

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

 

STORE CREDIT

 

Items purchased from JIBBY CHARMS are eligible for store credit within 3 days delivery receipt.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE/DISCOUNTED/MARKED DOWN in which case they are NOT eligible for store credit.

Items sent beyond 3 days are subject to a 13% RESTOCKING FEE.

Please be sure to include your order number and/or the returns form with your return. Please be sure to FILL OUT THE FORM if you are exchanging to indicate the JIBBY CHARMS you are exchanging for.
 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and stickers attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

 

RETURNS RECEIVED FOR STORE CREDIT

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 13%.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS
